* CREDAI Kolkata Realty Awards 2025 is the most prestigious annual awards for real estate in eastern India, instituted by CREDAI Kolkata, the apex association of real estate developers based in Kolkata, North & South 24 Parganas.

Who can nominate ?+

Only members of CREDAI Kolkata Association who are engaged in the business of real estate in Kolkata, North and South 24 Parganas are eligible to participate in the 9th CREDAI Kolkata Realty Awards 2025.

How do I nominate for a category/ multiple categories ?+

You can nominate your project/s on the dedicated webpage of the 9th CREDAI Kolkata Realty Awards 2025 on the website www.credaikolkata.org. The nomination process is online and onlyapplications submitted on the webpage will be accepted by the Process Advisors.

What is the Winner selection process ?+

The Winners are chosen by an independent jury on the basis of aggregate scores achieved after the face-to-face Jury Round held in Kolkata on 8th December 2025.

Who are the jury members ?+

Jury members are eminent professionals from distinct fields, who have no connection / business association with the participant/ group who independently judge the applications in the applicants presence on 8th December at Kolkata.

When will the award winners be announced ?+

Winners names will be announced by declaring them at the Live Awards show on 17th December 2025 at Taj Bengal, Kolkata.

How many entries can I submit under different categories ?+

There is no ceiling on the number of nominations per participant for each category. You may submit multiple nominations per category.

Can I nominate multiple entries in a single award category from one group ?+

Yes, you may nominate multiple projects from one group in the same category.

Which projects are barred from nominating in the Awards ?+

Projects which have won in a category in the last five years cannot re-nominate in the same category this year.

What are the steps in completing the submission of an entry ?+

You need to fill in information on each form available online on www.credaikolkata.org. Follow the instructions on the webpage, fill in pertinent information and submit only when you have furnished allrequired details, documents and information.

How many log-ins are permitted per applicant group ?+

Every applicant group is permitted three simultaneous log ins although one login should not work on more than one category at a time.

What is the time for session time out / idle time for automatic log out ?+

Every session will continue idle for 20 minutes. If your page is idle for 20 minutes, it will automatically log out. You can re login with your credentials and start working again, your information will remain in the form till the time you last saved the form.

What are the fees for participating ?+

Every nomination should be accompanied by a payment of Rs. 35,400/- (Rupees 30,000/- plus 18% GST). Payment/s may be made through Cheque / NEFT /RTGS at :
